About the products

Why do I need a serum?
Serums allow for optimal delivery of active ingredients because their smaller molecules can penetrate more deeply into the skin.
When should I expect to see results?
Though improvements in tone and texture may be noticeable in as little as two weeks, it typically takes about a month for skin cells to fully turn over. Therefore, expect more visible results after four to six weeks, and ongoing improvement with continued use.
Do I have to use all of the products together?
NADIA products coordinate effortlessly with each other, as well as with any other product lines. So mix and match away! Just be sure to include NAD+ in your routine to repair damage at a cellular level and promote healthy skin that lasts a lifetime.
How do I use the lip cream?
Pump the cream’s dispenser until a small amount of product appears on the roller ball. Roll cream on the outer parameter of the lip line first, then blend into lips. This helps both to fill and to prevent cracks and fine lines that can appear around or within the lip area.
I pressed the pump on my new product and nothing came out. What should I do?
The airless pump may need to be pressed 10 to 20 times in order to prime. If product still does not come out, ensure that the tiny hole on the bottom of the bottle or jar is not covered by a label or sticker. This hole allows air in to prime the pump. Although airless packaging requires a little more effort for the first use, it protects the product from contamination and allows you to get every bit of product out of the container.
I have been using my product for a while now and all of a sudden, the pump mechanism got stuck. Is it broken?
The part of the bottle or jar that is pressed down to release product will remain down when the container is empty. It is likely that your pump is not broken, but rather that you have used all of the product in the container. If you need further assistance, contact us and we will be happy to help!
Do NADIA products have an expiration date?
The bottom of the product box features a PAO or Period After Opening symbol that indicates how long a product is good after it is opened. NADIA products are designed to be used within 18 months of opening.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes, NADIA products are packaged in recyclable plastic and glass containers. Outer boxes are also recyclable.
Are NADIA products all natural and organic?
Our products are all-natural and manufactured in a certified organic manufacturing facility.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
How long will my products take to arrive?
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing, and an additional 2 to 5 business days for shipping.

Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii typically require 3 to 7 business days.
If 2-day shipping is selected at checkout, standard processing times still apply. After being picked up from our warehouse, your package will arrive within 2 business days.
How can I track my package?
A tracking number will be provided to you via email when your order ships. If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder or contact us for further assistance.
What do I do if my package arrives damaged?
If your package was damaged during shipment, please save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at [email protected].

Returns

What is your return policy?
Products that are unopened may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, or within 60 days of purchase for product credit. If the freshness seal has been broken on a product, or if it has been used, it may be returned within 14 days for a full refund or within 30 days for a product credit only. Shipping charges are never refundable.
Can I return a gift?
If you would like to return a product that was shipped directly to you, is unopened, and is in its original packaging, we will be happy to provide you with a product credit.
Will I have to pay to ship my product back?
You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning your item(s). We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking or insurance, as we are unable to issue refunds or product credits for items that are lost in the return shipment.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Please allow 14 days from the date your product arrives at our warehouse for your refund or product credit to be complete.
